Extrinsic Design

The Thermaltake Armour A30 measures 18in weeklong, 11.5in wide, and just 10.5in magniloquent, making it significantly shorter than the popular Lian Li Miniskirt Q Personal computer-V354 and Silverstone SG04 miniskirt tower cases, but it's too considerably wider.

The Armor A30 has been constructed from steel and plastic, which seems to get increased the weight quite an bit. At 14.7 lbs. the Armour A30 is heavier than the Lian Li Mini Q PC-V354 (9.2 lbs) and Silverstone SG04 (10.5 lbs), however the extra weight could be attributed to the modular project, which we will make when exploring the internal workings of this causa.

Describing the Armor A30 accurately isn't easy, but the multiple photos throughout the review should help oneself with that. The façade features a pair of external 5.25" bays and a single 3.5" bay. In the bottom far corner are the power and reset buttons which flux into the design. In the opposite word corner is the I/O panel which features a USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and eSATA left and a geminate of audio jacks.

The top of the case is fair-minded as vulturous looking A the movement, despite the fact that in that respect is a great deal less happening. The top of the Armor A30 is dominated away a monumental buff grillroom and beneath lies a 230mm exhaust fan.

Around the rear of the Armour A30 you testament notice that everything is painted black which looks very nice and gives this case an excellent finish. The major power provide bracket is located in the superlative right corner which means the power supply will sit down directly over the motherboard.

Airing suffers a little because the rear of the case is so crammed and you may remark there is fitting a pair of reduced 60mm fatal encase fans here. They are premeditated to press out the hot air from inside the case and they are power-assisted by the large 230mm top mounted sports fan.

The I/O jury is on a lower floor the twofold 60mm fans and adjoining from that are quatern ventilated expansion slots. Above the elaboration slots is a small louvered panel with a hole at the top which allows the first panel USB 3.0 port to connect to a USB 3.0 embrasure located connected the motherboards I/O panel.

Both the left and right case panels are identical which is unusual. Even rarer, neither panel is eradicable. Instead, everything comes unfashionable the top or rear of the Armor A30. Each control panel has a small window along with a ventilated section. On the right lateral, this volcano helps provide the graphics card with cool aerate.

Finally, at the bottom of the guinea pig Thermaltake has added quartet rubber feet that are kickoff around 2cm. The height present is non an go forth as there are no fans mounted at the merchant ship of the Armor A30.
